Prohibited Content & Activities
All illegal content, including but not limited to the following, is strictly prohibited on NORIX Hosting services:

Scamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities

Malware, viruses, or any form of malicious software

Adult entertainment/pornography (where prohibited by law)

Copyright-infringing material (DMCA violations)

Hate speech, terrorism-related content, or any material violating local/international laws
-
Any content subject to a valid court order or legal notice
Enforcement & Termination

NORIX reserves the right to permanently suspend any website found hosting prohibited content without prior notice.

No refunds will be issued for terminated services due to policy violations.

Existing customers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Legal Reports & Liability

For select services/add-ons, we provide fake report protection (e.g., false DMCA claims, fraudulent abuse reports). This does not apply to:

Valid legal notices (court orders, law enforcement requests).

Genuine complaints (copyright holders, cybersecurity authorities).

If a legitimate report is filed, we may assist the customer in resolving the issue (e.g., contacting the complainant, providing logs), but:

The customer bears full legal/financial responsibility.

NORIX will not be liable for penalties, damages, or illegal activities conducted through the hosted content.

- Customers are solely responsible for the content they host on NORIX servers.
- If legal issues arise (e.g., law enforcement requests, court orders), NORIX will fully cooperate with authorities and provide customer data as required.
- NORIX will not be held liable for any damages, legal consequences, or losses resulting from customer-hosted content.
Data Backup & Liability Disclaimer
While NORIX implements backup and security measures, the internet remains inherently fragile. The following risks are beyond our control:

Server breaches (hacking, exploits, unauthorized access)

Hardware failures (disk crashes, RAID failures, data corruption)

Unforeseen data loss (software bugs, network outages, force majeure events)
Customer Responsibility:

You must maintain regular backups of your website, databases, and emails.

NORIX is not liable for permanent data loss under any circumstances.

If catastrophic failure occurs, we may assist in restoring your data only if backups exist (no service charge required and extension of up to 30 days' service period).
By using NORIX Hosting services, customers agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for their website's content and compliance with applicable laws.
