Refund Eligibility

  1. Shared Hosting Only – Refunds are applicable only for shared hosting plans and only within the first 7 days of the initial order.

  2. No Refund After 7 Days – Any refund request submitted after the 7-day period will not be granted.

  3. Existing Customers – No refunds will be provided to existing customers under any circumstances, including downgrades, cancellations, or unused services.

  4. Terminated Services – If a website is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS), including illegal content, scams, malware, or abuse, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registrations/renewals

  • SSL certificates

  • Dedicated servers, VPS, or any non-shared hosting services

  • Add-on services (backups, security, etc.)

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via the billing department within the eligible period.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

  • 5% convenience fee will apply for refunds processed to payment methods (e.g., debit/credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

  • No fee will be charged for refunds issued as account credits.
